Just when we thought we were done with game changing surprises, we get another medical evacuation. We should probably rename this season to Survivor So Wrong: Infection Island. Let's hope we get to see some "A level" strategic play in episode 8.

We were right in the middle of an action packed merge episode and a microscopic bug had to go and ruin it all. That's twice now that a fan favorite has been medically evacuated this season, and we really hope it doesn't happen again.
