We were right in the middle of an action packed merge episode and a microscopic bug had to go and ruin it all. That's twice now that a fan favorite has been medically evacuated this season, and we really hope it doesn't happen again. To have what appeared to be a really good player removed from the game at this stage really seemed to let the air out of the episode too.

What do you think Aubrey's next move should be? Will we get to see a women's alliance? Will the Brawn and Beauty alliance hold together? Who do you think upset Cydney? Who do you think will be next to go?

Here is the merged tribe after episode 7.
Dara: Aubry, Debbie, Joe, Cydney, Jason, Scot, Julia, Nick, Michele, Tai

We've reached the half way point in the game this season. It's a good time to look back over the first six episodes and see how this season is fairing. Most of us have been surprised by who is still in the game. Early favorites have been decimated either through gameplay or the elements, and several of us have been surprised to find ourselves cheering for castaways that we expected to go early. Overall sentiment remains positive and we look forward to seeing where the chips fall after the merge.

We want to thank and acknowledge everyone who contributed to another great LF show. This week we heard from: Jen, Meredith, Pete, Joe, Jennifer, BostonMark, Marla-n-Sarah, Parker, Becca-n-Liam, Nicola, Drew, Victoria, Rashmi, Carolyn, Ronda, Josh, Kenny, and Paul

This week we interviewed Peter Baggenstos. He left the game in episode 6 of Survivor Kaoh Rong. Peter stated in one of his pre-season videos that he preferred to sit back and watch someone implode, and "if you walk into a room thinking you are the smartest person, you're going to crash. You're going to be despised. No one is going to respect you. You are not going to be showing humility, and it's not a good path to go down." It's almost like he handed the editors the outline for his edit this season.

Listen to this interview to hear how the harsh conditions affected him, why he had to have surgery after leaving the game, whose health he was most concerned about and more!

We all generally enjoy watching someone playing at a level above and beyond their peers, demonstrating a mastery of the game. But push that a little too far, especially by starting to brag about yourself, and you can easily be perceived as arrogant. Survivor loves to deliver a comeuppance story for an arrogant player, especially ones who turn out to be all talk and no do. Many fans have been waiting since episode three for tonight's story to reach its satisfying conclusion.

How did you do with your pre season picks for who would make the merge? Is there a USB change in your future? Who is going to emerge as the controlling alliance? Will we see a women's alliance? Who is a likely final four? Who is going to win it all? Who do you think will be next to go?

Here are the tribes after episode 6.
Gondol: Aubry, Joe, Julia, Scot, Tai
Chan Loh: Cydney, Debbie, Jason, Neal, Nick, Michele

There were some clear themes in the feedback this week. Admiration for Debbie and Cydney is on the rise, some were surprised to see that the Brawns found safety in the middle, and many are delighted with how much they're enjoying the season as a whole. Basically, we're pleased with how it's all playing out and excited for episode 6.

We want to thank and acknowledge everyone who contributed to another great LF show. This week we heard from: Jen, Skippy, Pete, Rashmi, Joe, BrandonA, Mikeybear, Marla, Tom, Drew, Victoria, Becca-n-Liam, BrandonB, Ronda, Kenny, Josh, Jeremiah, and Paul

This week we interviewed Anna Khait. She left the game in episode 5 of Survivor Kaoh Rong. Anna created a formidable women's alliance on the Beauty tribe. They were solidly in control and contributing to continuous wins in the challenges. Then, disaster struck. They lost a tribemate to a medical emergency, and the tribal shuffle scuttled the women's alliance. Without any support and after exclaiming that she loved blindsides, Anna became the first member of the Beauty tribe to be voted out of the game.

Listen to this interview to hear why she was so prepared to play, her assessment of her tribemates, how the women built an alliance and originally took control of their tribe and more!

Are you especially overconfident about your position in the game and feeling like you want to test the Survivor Gods? Then by all means, exclaim for the camera about how much "you really love a blindside". The editors must really love those moments. No merge for you!

Who do you think came out of the shuffle in the best position? Who will Jason and Cydney side with on Chan Loh? Will Peter make the merge, or will his arrogance finally get the best of him? Will we see a Super Idol in play this season? Who's setting themselves up for being in the best position at the merge? Who do you think will be next to go?

Here are the tribes after episode 5.
Gondol: Aubry, Joe, Peter, Scot, Tai
To Tang: Julia
Chan Loh: Cydney, Debbie, Jason, Neal, Nick, Michele

The events of episode 4 were hard to watch and split responses in the feedback this week. Some people thought the medical emergencies were handled well and others observed that it looked like we were very close to a disaster that might have had an irrevocable impact on the show we all enjoy show much. Add in the drama on the Brawn tribe and we have the elements for a controversial episode. It was helpful to hear all different viewpoints this week.

We want to thank and acknowledge everyone who contributed to another great LF show. This week we heard from: Jen, Brad, Sandi, Joe, Pete, Nicola, BrandonA, Jack, Samantha, Myra, Ronda, Becca-n-Liam, Kenny, Erica, Drew, Jill, Jennifer, Barry, BrandonB, Marla-n-Sarah, Ed, Rashmi, Shannon, Jody, Josh, Jeremiah, James, and Paul

This week we interviewed Alecia Holden. She left the game in episode 4 of Survivor Kaoh Rong. Alecia had a rough time on her tribe. Some of her tribemates were mean to her and made fun of her behind her back. In spite of all that she maintained a positive attitude and never gave up. They eventually opted to throw a challenge to make sure they could get rid of her before a tribe shuffle and the merge when she might be able to turn the tables on them.

Listen to this interview to hear about the special training she did to prepare, what dirty trick she played on the boys to get some revenge, why she chose to try the puzzle in the final challenge and more!

This week we interviewed Caleb Reynolds. He left the game in episode 4 of Survivor Kaoh Rong. Caleb quickly emerged as a fan favorite. His easy going approach to camp life and all out dedication to winning challenges helped his tribe remain undefeated through the first four challenges. As strong and fit as he was, he was no match for the searing 118 degree Cambodian heat that finally took a toll on poor, unrelenting Caleb as he became this season's first medical evacuation due to heat stroke.

Listen to this interview to hear his assessment of his tribemates, what he did differently on the morning of the challenge, what happened after he left the game and more!
