Jo Ann and Stacy follow the hit reality show Survivor.

Even when they make a point of tracking Russell, he outwits them and finds another Hidden Immunity Idol! He has without a doubt earned a place in Survivor history and we are only at episode 10 for this season.

Why do you think old Danger Dave was so willing to leave his future in the game and making it to the finals to chance? Now that Laura's gone, who should Foa Foa focus on next? Do you think anyone from Galu besides Shambo stands a chance of making it to the final four now?

Here is the tribe after the tenth episode:
Aiga: Brett, Dave, Jaison, John, Mick, Monica, Natalie, Russell H, Shambo

Jo Ann thinks Brett will be the next victim from Galu to join the jury. Stacy thinks they will all wise up and focus on taking out Russell. Who do you think will be voted out next?

We did not expect they could top the last episode, but this one seems to have succeeded. From a pure gameplay perspective, Russell is heads and shoulders above his Aiga tribemates.

Russell found a way to survive another week and take the Galu tribe down another notch. Do you think he stands a chance against Laura? Are they making it too easy to find the Hidden Immunity Idols? Is it possible that we might have underestimated Shambo when it comes to strategic gameplay? Will Russell be able to throw them off his tracks as he searches for his third HII? Are you impressed with Laura's ability to win two individual immunities in a row? Would you be happy if she won at this point?

Here is the tribe after the ninth episode:
Aiga: Brett, Dave, Jaison, John, Laura, Mick, Monica, Natalie, Russell H, Shambo

We both are betting that Galu's losing streak will continue, and Laura will be the next to leave. Who do you think will be voted out next?

Wow, that has to be one of the best, most action packed merge episodes we have seen in a long time. We really enjoyed watching all the scheming and scrambling for position with multiple twists and a super blindside vote out thrown in for good measure.

Will Galu proceed to self destruct? Can you see any way for the the Foa Foa underdogs to rally? How do you think Laura and John faired in this episode? Could Jaison go far now that everyone agrees he is no threat? Do you think the reign of Evil Russell is finally over? Who do you think is the biggest threat to win?

Here is the new merged tribe after the eighth episode:
Aiga: Brett, Dave, Jaison, John, Kelly, Laura, Mick, Monica, Natalie, Russell H, Shambo

Jo Ann thinks Laura will be the next to leave. Stacy thinks Russell's time is up. Who do you think will be voted out next?

What does it mean when the rational mind of a doctor starts grasping at superstitious reasons to explain his tribe's string of losses? Was that somehow another reference to Russell Swan? As in, the chief necklace knocked Russell out of the game, and it's responsible for us always losing too! Yeah, that must be the answer.

Jeff called out Foa Foa as one of the worst tribes in Survivor history. Do you think there is any chance they will survive after the merge? Are there any weaknesses in the plan that the men from Galu put in action this week? Do you think Laura really bonded with evil Russell? With the merge coming, will Shambo choose to flip and join her friends at Foa Foa right away, or will she stick close to her new Galu buddies?

Here are tribes after the seventh episode:
Galu: Brett, Dave, Erik, John, Kelly, Laura, Monica, Shannon
Foa Foa: Jaison, Mick, Natalie, Russell H

Jo Ann thinks Dave will be the next to leave. Stacy thinks Galu will hold it together long enough to take out a couple more from Foa Foa, and that means that Jaison will be next. Who do you think will be voted out next?

We never like to see someone go out on a medical, but it seemed a bit unbalanced to hear Jeff describe that as the scariest moment in Survivor history. How do you think it compared to Michael Skupin passing out and falling face first into a fire back in season 2 and burning all the skin off his hands?

Do you think Foa Foa can take advantage of this shift in momentum? Who do you think Galu will elect as their new chief? Will Shambo finally find a home in Galu, or will she defect to Foa Foa the first chance she gets?

Here are tribes after the sixth episode:
Galu: Brett, Dave, Erik, John, Kelly, Laura, Monica, Shannon
Foa Foa: Jaison, Liz, Mick, Natalie, Russell H

We both think that the momentum will shift back to Foa Foa and believe that Monica will be next to go from Galu. Who do you think will be voted out next?

So much for a Foa Foa winning streak. The immunity challenge never even looked like it was close. They have now lost half their tribe. Do you think anyone from Foa Foa could still have a shot at winning this one?

Who do you think will be next to go from Galu if they lose another immunity? Shambo seems to go out of her way to make herself an easy choice. Danger Dave appears to have trouble getting out of his own way too. Do you think good Russell might ever be at risk? Who do you think is in danger of leaving on a medical in episode 6?

Here are tribes after the fifth episode:
Galu: Brett, Dave, Erik, John, Kelly, Laura, Monica, Shannon, Russell S
Foa Foa: Jaison, Liz, Mick, Natalie, Russell H

Jo Ann thinks Shambo will finally be voted out. Stacy thinks that Liz made a fatal error and will be next to go. Who do you think will be voted out next?

For only the 2nd time in Survivor history we had a unanimous vote for the winner. Were you as surprised as we were by that? Did you agree with the decision to get rid of Taj in 4th? Would it really have been a no brainer to take Erinn to the end too?

Congratulations to Debbie A, winner of the Survivor Tocantins JSFL!

She jumped from an 8 way tie for 12th to the #1 spot by not only guessing the final four order correctly but also picking JT as her original USB before the first episode ever aired and sticking with him till the end.

We'll record the final Listener Feedback show for Survivor Tocantins on Thursday, May 21st at 5pm. We would love to hear your take on the finale, the reunioun show, and the season as a whole. Does Survivor Tocantins make your top 10 list?

Ah, the episode many of us have waited for has finally arrived. Was it what you hoped for? Do you think his exit was noble and in keeping with how he said he'd "change the game"? Did you buy the stories about asthma and ruptured discs?

Stephen did not vote with JT. Do you think they really will make final 2 together? Who would JT pick if he wins the final immunity if not Stephen? Does Erinn really have a chance if she doesn't win the next two immunity challenges?

Here is the merged tribe after the thirteenth episode:
Forza: Erinn, JT, Stephen, Taj

We both still think Stephen is in a good position to win. Who do you think will be the sole survivor?

The Coach Song
I know I'm the greatest player I have ever seen.
I'm coach McBoast of Survivor Tocantins

I know my talents may seem so unreal
Even I confuse myself with the man of steel

I'm the most desirable of all the guys
I can even vote off people with just my eyes

My strategies are so dangerous
Cause I'm the only one with death defying life experience

The coach persona is really just a sham
I just pretend to be the renaissance man

If they find out I'm all boast and no bite
They're gonna send me off to Exile tonight

I don't want to prove myself
Oh what a fright
They're gonna send me off to Exile tonight

Some may complain that the game has become too predictable at this stage as we watch the Timbira members drop one by one. We feel that the editing has been excellent in contrast though. We are never quite sure how it is going to play out as the focus continues to swing back and forth from one potential vote out candidate to another, keeping us guessing until the final vote is counted.

Do you want to see coach in the final two? What would you tell him to calm his fears after seeing Debbie voted out? Have Stephen and JT become too confident? Would you vote to give a millionaire another million?

Here is the merged tribe after the twelth episode:
Forza: Benjamin, Erinn, JT, Stephen, Taj

Amazing isn't it? Jalapao came into the merge down in numbers 6 to 4 and thanks to Joe's injury almost immediately made it even worse becoming 6 vs 3. It should have been a simple task for Timbira to pick them off one by one and coast into the final Tribal Council. But, against all odds the Jalapao 3 haved more than evened the odds and appear with Erinn's allegiance to now have the advantage.

Is there a secret, all female alliance in the works? How come we see so little of Taj? Do you think Deb will really turn on coach? Does she constantly defer to him to placate him, or does she perhaps not believe she deserves to go further in the game? Stephen said Sierra was erratic and a threat in challenges, but he liked coach because he was neither of those. What happened the last time someone said they liked coach because he was predictable?

Here is the merged tribe after the eleventh episode:
Forza: Benjamin, Debra, Erinn, JT, Stephen, Taj

Jo Ann thinks Deb will be next to go. Stacy is sticking with Coach. Who do you think will be voted out in episode 12?

Turns out Sierra was blindsided at Tribal council after allafterall. Fans of the show recognize extreme overconfidence as a danger sign but those that aren't as familiar with this history seem doomed to suffer through it, again and again and again. Tyson certainly just became our new poster boy for gloating all the way to the jury.

Sierra was spared this time, but she doesn't appear to have endeared herself to anyone left in the game. Will she get to hang around long enough to see Coach and Deb be eliminated or will they decide that it's better for her to leave next? What do think Erinn's chances are to win it all? Has Stephen decided like Brendan that he's there to help JT win?

Here is the new merged tribe after the tenth episode:
Forza: Benjamin, Debra, Erinn, JT, Sierra, Stephen, Taj

For all our disappointment in the anticlimatic end to episode 8, this one really made up the difference and then some!

Do you think Sierra even has a chance? Will she give up hope and accept her fate or maybe find a way to outlast Coach? Do you think JT and Stephen are in control or is it really Coach and Tyson?

Here is the new merged tribe after the ninth episode:
Forza: Benjamin, Debra, Erinn, JT, Sierra, Stephen, Taj and Tyson

Episode 8 cranked the gameplay up another notch! Did you at any point during the episode find yourself admiring coach's strategy? Of the remaining players, who do you think are the top 3 threats?

Do you think the inter-tribe alliance will rally or will coach be victorious? Who's getting a "winner's edit"?

Episode 7 gave us a look at some serious gameplay over in Jalapao. Were you impressed with Stephen's performance? Who do you think is playing the best game in Jalapao? What did you think of Taj's fake idol?

Do you think JT might be too trusting for this game? Will Taj be able to take advantage of that trust? Do you think the inter-tribe alliance will decide who leaves next?

Here are the tribes after the seventh episode:
Jalapao: Joe, JT, Stephen, and Taj
Timbira: Benjamin, Brendan, Debra, Erinn, Sierra and Tyson

The game shifts to individual immunity in the next episode. Jo Ann picked Joe to be the next to go. Stacy thinks Brendan will want to get rid of Tyson. Who do you think will be voted out in episode 8?

Episode 5 brings us the solidification of the "awesome foursome inter-tribe alliance" and what may be its downfall all in one fell swoop. What was your take on Stephen's reasoning? Is he committed or will he cause it to unravel?

Who's more at risk: Taj or Brendan? When you hear these two words together "Charmin Cafe", does it conjure up a positive image? Do you think Ben is guaranteed to make the merge now? There is still no talk of a tribe shake up and no one ever mentions the mutiny option. Will the tribes stay the same until the merge? Do you think Jalapao can recover?

Here are the tribes after the fifth episode:
Jalapao: Joe, JT, Stephen, Sydney and Taj
Timbira: Benjamin, Brendan, Debra, Erinn, Sierra and Tyson

We are both thinking that Jalapao will turn it around and win the the next immunity challenge. Jo Ann is standing firm with Erinn as her choice for next to go. Stacy is sure that Ben will decide that Brendan is the new cancer in the tribe. Who do you think will be voted out in episode 6?

After episode 4, the tribes are even again. That makes it prime time for a  tribal shuffle.

What did you make of Timbira's "pow-wow" to select a leader? Taj had no problem bringing Stephen and Sierra into the "Secret Alliance". Do you think it stands a chance in the long run of the game? Will Erinn's emotional isolation do her in? Could her weakness end up playing a role in Ben's plan to control Timbira? Do you think Brendan is in danger?

Here are the tribes after the fourth episode:
Jalapao: Joe, JT, Spencer, Stephen, Sydney and Taj
Timbira: Benjamin, Brendan, Debra, Erinn, Sierra and Tyson

Jo Ann thinks Timbira will vote out Erinn next. Stacy thinks they may choose to get rid of Sierra to send Brendan a message. Who do you think will be voted out in episode 4?

With episode 3, we transition from one combo challenge per episode to separate reward and immunity challenges providing two opportunities for each player to convince their tribe that they can't live without them or make the choice for who to vote for at tribal council much easier.

Erinn appeared to catch another break this week, but what did you think of her willingness to criticize her tribe again at Tribal Council? Did we get a glimpse of the final four this week: Taj, Brendan, Stephen and Sierra? Is Tyson playing Ben or is he really ok with being his assistant coach? Do you think Taj found the HII too? Would you hide the HII like Brendan did or keep it on you or with your stuff at all times?

Here are the tribes after the third episode:
Jalapao: Joe, JT, Sandy, Spencer, Stephen, Sydney and Taj
Timbira: Benjamin, Brendan, Debra, Erinn, Sierra and Tyson

We both think that Timbira is going to continue their losing streak until they get rid of Ben. Unfortunately, we believe they will wait to do that and choose to vote out Erinn next. Who do you think will be voted out in episode 4?

Oh yeah! The challenge in episode 2 was everything we hoped for.

Both tribes provided some fierce gameplay that may result in some lasting resentments. Would you go all out and punish the other tribe in an attempt to win or try to do just enough to get by?

Sandy dodged another bullet, but Sierra seemed at times like she was trying to make it easy to vote her out? Were you surprised and blindsided at Tribal council too? Can you tell who's leading Timbira now based on how the votes played out? How do you think Taj's famous husband will affect her standing in the game?

Here are the tribes after the second episode:
Jalapao: Joe, JT, Sandy, Spencer, Stephen, Sydney and Taj
Timbira: Benjamin, Brendan, Debra, Erinn, Jerry, Sierra and Tyson

Stacy thinks the balance will shift back in Timbira's favor next week and expects that Taj may end up paying the price for sharing the details on her famous husband. Jo Ann thinks they'll take the easy route and eliminate Sandy. Who do you think will be voted out next?

We had another great adventure at the Survivor Gabon finale!

In this podcast, we recap the finale and share details of our trip. It was really exciting because we were able to sit in the audience for the first time, and we were able to do interviews on the Red Carpet!

Congratulations to John D, winner of the Gabon JSFL!

He was the only player to get the final four order correct! He jumped from a 16 way tie for 6th to first with a resounding 104 total points.

Look for several additional interviews to be posted this week. We're also looking forward to hearing what you thought about the finale, the reunion show and the season as a whole. What did you think of the final five? How did your view on each castaway change during the season? How did Gabon compare for you to past seasons? Is it in your top 5 list?

We've got several ways you can reach us. You can call and leave a voicemail at 206-350-1547. You can record an audio comment and attach it or just type up a quick text message and send it to us via email at joannandstacyshow@gmail.com. We were treated to another excellent episode and a superb Tribal Council!

Back at the beginning of the season, would you have ever imagined that Bob would win four challenges in a row? Were you as surprised as us to see the animosity between the alliance of 5 that so effectively wiped out the Onion alliance? Do you think Sugar is "good people"?

Here is the tribe after the thirteenth episode:
NOBAG: Bob, Ken, Matty, Sugar and Susie

Jo Ann thinks the final order will be: Ken, Susie, Sugar, Matty and Bob for the win. Stacy thinks it will be: Ken, Bob, Sugar, Susie and Matty for the win. How do you think it will play out?

We will not be doing a Listener Feedback show for this episode before the finale, but we would love hear what you thought about it. We've got several ways you can reach us. Wow, first Susie and now Kenny. Who's next, Crystal?

Several of us imagined elaborate plans for how Bob might take advantage of his fake HII. Very few if any saw its potential as a masterful joke constructed by Sugar. Do you think he made the best choice for himself?

Does Corrine stand a chance to make final 3, or is she simply a pawn now waiting for the axe to fall? When is the best time to get rid of Sugar? Who do you think will make the final 3? Who do you think is the biggest threat to win it all now?

Here is the tribe after the tenth episode:
NOBAG: Bob, Crystal, Corinne, Ken, Matty, Sugar and Susie

Jo Ann's going with the safe bet and picking Corrine to go next. Stacy thinks the time is right to go after Sugar. Who do you think will be voted out next?

One, two, three... the blindsides just keep coming! Are you surprised that tiny little Ken has been behind the last two?

Bonzai Bob wins the award for "Best Fake HII". What do you think his best strategy for using it is now that the tribes merged?

Susie guaranteed herself three more days by winning individual immunity. Who saw that coming? We've seen a couple of significant swing vote scenarios in the last two episodes. How do you think next week will play out now that there's an even number of players left? Do you find yourself rooting for the underdogs? Would you be happy if Susie, Crystal or Ken won it all?

Here is the new merge tribe after the ninth episode:
NOBAG: Bob, Crystal, Corinne, Ken, Matty, Randy, Sugar and Susie

At this point, we think the tribe has grown tired of Randy and will send him to join the Charlie and Marcus fashion show at the Ponderosa. Who do you think will be voted out next?

Wow, Dr Feelgood made an early exit. Most of us didn't see that one coming, but six savvy JSFL players were rewarded with a 2 point FoJ, First on Jury, bonus this week!

Sugar surprised no one by crying after learning that she had betrayed the one person that had consistently protected her. Bob was sure regretting last week's choice too. Do you think it would have hurt Marcus in any way to let Susie pick who they were voting out this week?

Was it truly wise to discard the HII or would you have taken it to guarantee yourself at least 3 more days? Do you think Susie really stands a chance to make it to final 3? Why is Kenny so confident that he will make final 4?

Here are the new tribes after the eighth episode:
New New KOTA: Bob,Crystal, Ken, and Susie
New New FANG: Charlie, Corinne, Matty,Randy, and Sugar

If next week's immunity is a team effort, we both think Bob will be next to go. Who do you think will be voted out next?

For better or worse, it seems safe to say that Kelly always spoke her mind. Unfortunately for her, that seemed to secure her a spot at Loser's Lodge instead of a place in the merged tribe.

The Brat alliance is down to two remaining members and they will very likely go in their own respective directions very soon now. Do you think the ongoing fragmentation in Fang will leave them all as free agents once the merge occurs? Will new Kota stay tight if a wealth of new voting options opens up?

Not only is Dan comfortable enough to share his leadership style now, he also is at ease enough to eat until he's full and ignore the unspoken rules of appropriate food proportions. Susie's position seems to improve every time Dan acts on an impulse. Do you think Randy stepped over the line this time? Will his gloating come back to haunt him? Do you think Matty will keep his word to Ace? Is Sugar playing a strategic game or just following instructions?

Here are the new tribes after the sixth episode:
New KOTA: Bob, Charlie, Corinne, Dan, Marcus, Randy, and Susie
New FANG: Ace, Crystal, Ken, Matty, and Sugar

Jo Ann thinks Ace and Dan will go in next week's double elimination. Stacy agrees that Dan will go from Kota, but thinks it will be Crystal instead of Ace . Who do you think will be voted out next?

Uhg, at least the first person that quit last season was suffering from a broken jaw. Who knows, maybe GC will get to DJ at the finale.

The Brat alliance led by the Evil 3 took a big hit this week. Will this spell the end for them or will they rally to take down Ace as their losing streak continues?

Dan's so comfortable at the new Kota tribe, that he's decided to let his true self show through. Do you think he might have just made himself a bigger target than quiet Susie? How is it that Kelly lasted longer than GC? Do you think there's any chance that Fang can rally at this point? Have you started rooting for Ace yet?

Here are the new tribes after the fifth episode:
New KOTA: Bob, Charlie, Corinne, Dan, Marcus, Randy, and Susie
New FANG: Ace, Crystal, Kelly, Ken, Matty, and Sugar

Jo Ann thinks Ace will be the next to be voted out. Stacy is worried that Ken may be in jeopardy but believes that Crystal will be the next Evil 3 casualty. Who do you think will be voted out next?
